NIKKI Industrial SAFETY CAPs

The NIKKI Industrial Safety Caps are engineered for maximum protection, comfort, and visibility in industrial and mining environments. Featuring a durable ABS shell and a 4-point lightweight suspension system, these caps provide excellent shock absorption and a secure fit.

The unique SureGrip one-handed fastening system allows easy adjustment, fitting head sizes from 50–64 cm for a non-slip grip. A Permasweat headband enhances comfort and manages moisture, while a high visibility rear insert improves safety in low-light conditions.

These caps meet SANS 1397:2003 standards, are 18 Cal/cm² tested against ASTM F2178 for arc flash protection, comply with SANS 724:2009, and are tested to a 1000V rating. Government Mining Engineer approved and SABS certified (Mark Scheme No. 6921), they are made in South Africa for reliable quality and safety.
